The entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living room, dominated by impressive original imperial windows, which offer a striking view of the historic Florentine streets. The living room is furnished with a large convivial sofa that is extremely comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city; if needed, it converts into a double bed with a quality mattress. The area is complemented by a flat-screen smart TV and tastefully chosen decorative details.
Adjacent to the living room is a cozy dining room, with a spacious and convivial table, perfect for cozy dinners or breakfasts with a view. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with new appliances: oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and quality tableware. The upper floor also has a second, very spacious private bathroom with large shower stall and fine finishes.
