Ultrafast fiber internet (600 Mb/s), a Nespresso machine, smart TVs, and a SONOS surround sound system in one of the rooms make this apartment perfect both for relaxation and for smart working. The location is unbeatable: just a 7-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio.

Located on the first floor (not ground level), the apartment is easily accessible thanks to the new electric chair lift installed in January 2025, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Completely renovated and furnished in March 2023, the apartment offers modern and functional spaces: two queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, each with a locking door for maximum privacy, and a third room that doubles as a TV lounge or office, with a desk, sofa bed, and a 65” LCD screen with SONOS surround system.
Every detail has been designed to provide a stay that combines comfort, elegance, and functionality.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, with no shared spaces.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus an additional half bath that also includes a brand-new washer and dryer.
For those traveling by car, a secure garage is located just a 2-minute walk from the property. Access to the apartment is via a short flight of stairs or with the new chair lift (available January 2025), ensuring easy entry for all guests.
